Getting bang for your buck

Advertising is bloody expensive. So we’re always really surprised by how many clients don’t ensure they are getting their maximum ‘bang for buck’ by checking that the advertising is working as intended. Does the campaign really resonate? Have you got the tone of voice right? Does it communicate the intended messaging?

There used to be a perception amongst some comms agencies that researchers were just out to be ’ad killers’. We find that the best creative minds are the ones that are open to be challenged and will work in partnership with us to develop research that is fit-for-purpose and the real world. Ultimately, it’s all about checking whether the brand is maximising their Return on Investment.

Because of our experience across sectors, we can develop appropriate tests for both functional and more emotionally led campaigns. We can advise you, or your agency, on what is most appropriate. All our projects are managed by one of our two Directors and are conducted following guidelines laid down by the Market Research Society (MRS), of which we are an accredited partner.
