Earlier this Summer we were contacted by STS who produce a range of boarding, tiling, waterproofing and adhesive products. They are probably most well known for manufacturing NoMorePly, a fibre cement tile backing system which creates a convenient surface for flooring and tiling installers to work with.
STS commissioned Eureka to undertake New Product Development (NPD) work on their behalf. We produced some very clear recommendations for the leadership team at STS and we were delighted to receive this feedback from Eddie last week:
