We work with P&D brands to help them understand trade preferences, influences and behaviours. We have worked with Dulux Trade for several years, running a regular, long-standing quantitative brand tracker as well as several qualitative research projects that delved into the professional psyche. We have also undertaken tracking studies on behalf of Sherwin Williams that included quantitative feedback related to their well-known trade brands Purdy, Valspar Trade and Dowsil.
At Eureka! Research we get excited about gathering customer insight across the trade sector, but P&D is a particular favourite. We love to get hands on with professionals, showing and testing new products with them. We find they are an inquisitive bunch, always keen to hear about and delve into the product detail!
