In-depth customer research for Geberit

by | 06/04/2023

We have once again been commissioned by Geberit to undertake a strategic market research project across the sector.  Known for their quality, reliability, and innovation, Geberit are a market leader in their field and a business we have come to know well following several recent projects together.

This new qualitative project will help the brand continue to stay in tune with the needs of its customers across the sector.

Who are we interviewing?

If you are an existing customer, you may be asked directly by Geberit to take part in a research interview this Spring (2023).

Hopefully you will see the benefit in providing some of your valuable time to this project.  We are a specialist market research agency in the home improvement and construction space, and carefully follow the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct.

You can therefore be assured that all the feedback we receive is treated confidentially.  The results we collect will be summarised and fed back into Geberit in a way that does not identify any individuals or firms.

What are the benefits for you?

The interviews will take just 30 minutes and will be convened at a time that is suitable for you by telephone or Teams.

Sophie Weston, Marketing Manager commented “We are really excited to be working with Eureka! again on this strategic piece of work.  We truly believe that by listening to our stakeholders we will become an even better business and ensure we continue to provide fantastic service and products that meet everyone’s needs.

We know that Eureka have the credentials and experience in bathroom showrooms and the broader building products market to gather the level of insight that we need, and we look forward to working with them once again.”
