This week we have launched our first wide-ranging parent and baby product survey, on behalf of Bambino Mio. This research will help us gain a better understanding of family composition, motivations for using reusable nappies and how parents make product choices within the nappy or change time category. We will also be exploring how engagement with the brand relates to wider family motivations and values that may exist.
The survey is completely confidential and the aggregated results will help Bambino Mio gain a richer understanding of how customers prefer to make purchases and engage with their brand. At this stage of the research programme, only customers who have made a purchase or registered their details with Bambino Mio in the past will have been contacted.
