How do consumers choose bathroom products?

We have recently launched a large and ambitious insight programme on behalf of Heritage Bathrooms.  This is a critical piece of work for the brand, ensuring that Heritage get up close to their target market, understanding how consumers discover and select products for their new bathrooms.  


Eureka! have been commissioned to conduct 1000 consumer surveys, 250 retail partner interviews and a bespoke market sizing poll this Summer.  As part of the consumer aspect, we are developing an innovative digital diary which will help us capture the bathroom decision ‘journey’ in real-time throughout the holiday period.



The results will help Heritage drive product, marketing and relationship strategies going forwards.
