Alcohol shopper profiling for Molson Coors

Molson Coors commissioned Eureka! Research to undertake a study designed to profile consumers shopping alcohol in the convenience channel. The observational study captured demographic profiling information alongside key metrics such as: evaluation times, weight of purchase and categories shopped. The output presented a comprehensive picture of consumers shopping alcohol and facilitated analysis into each separate alcohol category. The results fed directly into Molson Coors future ranging strategies.
